What should I expect...
Bringing your car to a repair shop for the first time can feel a bit daunting, but it’s a common experience for many drivers. Here’s what you can expect when visiting us:
- Appointment Check-In: When you arrive at the shop, you’ll likely need to check in with the front desk advisor. They’ll ask you some questions about your car and the issues you’re experiencing.
- Vehicle Assessment: A technician will then perform an initial assessment of your vehicle. They may take your car for a test drive or conduct a visual inspection to identify any obvious problems.
- Discussion of Issues: Once the assessment is complete, the service advisor or technician will discuss their findings with you. They’ll explain what repairs are needed and provide you with an estimate of the cost and time required to complete the work.
- Authorization: Before any work begins, you’ll typically need to give authorization for the repairs. This may involve signing a work order or what we call a service agreement.
- Work Begins: Once you’ve authorized the repairs, the technicians will begin working on your car. Depending on the complexity of the issues, this may take some time. Our repair shop offers amenities like a waiting area with refreshments and shuttle services to help make the wait more comfortable.
- Updates: Throughout the repair process, the service advisor may provide you with updates on the status of your vehicle. They’ll let you know if they encounter any unexpected issues or if the repairs will take longer than initially anticipated.
- Completion and Payment: Once the repairs are complete, the service advisor will notify you. They’ll go over the work that was done and answer any final questions you may have. You’ll then be presented with an invoice detailing the cost of the repairs. You can pay by cash, credit/ debit card, or another of our accepted forms of payment including the financing options that we offer.
Overall, the experience of bringing your car to our repair shop for the first time is usually straightforward, and the staff at our shop is there to help guide you through the process and address any concerns you may have.

Dropping off your vehicle after-hours or in person is a simple process. We will confirm your contact preferences and concern details and you can be on your way!
INSPECTION AND REPAIR
We strive to maintain open communication thru phone, text, or email and keep you updated as to where we are with the vehicle.
As we perform the inspection or Vehicle Health Check our Certified Technicians take pictures and videos of your vehicle, to note things that may be of special interest to you. Doing this, you do not have to ‘just take our word for it’, but you can use this information to make educated decisions about your vehicle! All of this information is texted or emailed to you so that you have it for your records.
One of our Service Advisors will speak to you about the inspection and if you are in person, may even be able to take you out to the shop to look under your vehicle. They can answer any questions you may have at that time.
If repairs or maintenance are recommended and approved, they can be scheduled or performed.
We always follow up with you after your visit, to ensure that you have all of your concerns or questions addressed. Complete client satisfaction is our goal, and we want to make sure we have given you the best service possible.
